United States Loan Assistance Center USLAC Misrepresentation of services; which caused my loans to default, and have my wages garnished. Boynton Beach Florida

I was contacted by this firm, to consolidate my studeny loans, approximately three to four months ago. following their presentation, i then allowed them to act on my behalf, just as they stated they would. This arrangement never took place, after five payments had been made, of which i were to make six, and my payments, and obligations would cease upon my last payment. Well, things didn't get so far, as my employer just stated last week, that plans were being made to have my wages garnished, the upcoming pay period. Of course, upon hearing this, i immediately phoned this company.

The person who was supposed to stay in contact with me, never returned any communications, then a totally different person with an extremely unprofessional attitude tells me to calm down, we can't help you, because it went into default; then she goes further, after it'd been explained to her(after she Closed her mouth and Listened to the issue at hand), i'm not the one who promised you anything, nor did i let this matter go into default-however, she's the supervisor, and could'nt explain any of these issues, nor rectify them. She stated she'd return my call in an to close of business-which never occured. i Just want my monies returned/forwarded to the appropriate parties, so as to be credited for my funds, submitted!
