We recently received our trademark and shortly afterwards received a notification in the mail stating we owe $375 as a processing fee for registering our trademark with the US Government. The document looked very official but I had reservations, so showed it to our trademark attorney. She informed me it was a scam. I also saw where it was listed on the Rip Off Report as such.
