United student loan assistance center They charged my bank account without my authorization Florida

They supposedly called and spoke to me and signed me up for a student loan forgiveness program and charged my bank account $400 for this service. When I called to find out what was going on they accused me of lying stated that instead of just calling and talking to them instead of going to my bank first that they would not refund my money that this is what happen when you take the "OTHER" route. I called my bank because there were unauthorized charges I thought that was how it was done. Needless to say they have $400 of mine that I never said they could charge me for and I never spoke to these people about student loans. They were very rude on the phone after I asked for proof of my signing any contract and for any proof that I authorized them to charge my account.
