I worked as a Kickboxing instructor for this company in addition to having both my children taking Karate hear. On my first day of training I injured my calf.He would not give me his insurance information when I went to the orthopedist because he sais I wasn't working for him yet.

He constantly blamed other individuals for issues with the studio. Never accepting any responsibility himself.

The biggest and most hideous problem was me sitting by and watching him deceive all the parents and members about the Air Conditioning. The air conditioner in the dojo stopped broke down. Instead of repairing or replacing the unit he took out the class windows in the studio and made up some lame reason to actually try and have the air that did work in the waiting area somehow pass through to the studio.  I saw children red faced and overheated and heard him blatantly lie to parents, telling them that the air was on. It may have been on, BUT NOT IN THE DOJO. In the winter we exercised with a temperature of 53 and in the summer it was unbearably stuffy and hot.

He lost all of the adult instructors because nobody was able to work for him. The children's Karate classes were taught by children. They classes lacked discipline and control. The quality of the learning deteriorated quickly.

He also was constantly  "changing of the programs"  They say if its not broken don't fix it. I guess his program is broken and needs fixing.

He would ask for your opinion, but when you gave it he explained why you are wrong.

The only thing this man is interested in is your money.
