united survey inc focusonlinesurveys.com Refused to pay, and mocked me Encino, California

I have been filling out surveys for these people for several months now, it took me that long to finally qualify to cash out my $25 amazon gift card which I redeemed on 03/29/2011, then I waited..............For 8 weeks, I send a couple of emails asking them on the status of my reward which they were only too happy to ignore, so I decided to give them a call I; I actually received a return phone call from a rep named Jessica who was very nice about not helping me but pretending she was going to, she sent me an email saying my request had been "approved" and would be processed at the end of the day......Three days went by nothing happened....I emailed her asking on the status, she obviously ignored that email; so I decided to call her again, to let her know that either they pay me today, or I was going to go to the bbb and the ripoffreport.com, I immediately received an email that was headed "Important message concerning your Amazon Gift Card redemption!" when I opened the email I found a link to a survey, when I clicked that link it took me to the yahoo.com home page!??  So I thought maybe I was having technical issues, I went to click on the link again and then I got the message "unfortunately that survey is now closed"  What Gives????!  I called Jessica after that happened to let her know and to give her one last chance before I reported their company, there has been no response.  I can't help but think that this company takes advantage of people who want to make some extra money online to make ends meet, and then they just decide not to pay people, so consumer be ware!
