United Tax Group LLC Shane Sybil $399 Ripoff Scam Artists Liars Rude Jupiter, Florida

When I first contacted United Tax Group I spoke with Shane Sybil. I was under the impression that they were a legit company and they could help out with the levy the state put on my bank account & state tax issues. I paid $399 after a free consultation. After seaching the interenet for a while I came across some bad reviews of this company. I called Shane Sybil and questioned him dealing with these issues.

He advised me that the complaints were all taken care of and there was nothing to be concerned about. However after giving Mr Sybil all my information and payment I was contacted at a later date by United Tax Group representive Mike Adam, I became aware that they could not help whatsoever. They wanted me to pay $1,500 for help with the Federal IRS which I didn't require interest in. Since they could not help me, Mike Adam told me that I would be fully refunded and he would  an email confirming my refund. I have yet to receive that email or refund.

I email Shane Sybil reguarding all of this and explained how they could avoid misleading any future customers. Mr Sybil have yet to reply back. I called Mike Adam in reguards to my refund and asked to speak to Shane. He told me that I do not need to speak with any of his co-workers and he refunded me back my money with a rude attitude. I asked him, " Why do you have an rude attitude; is negative reviews true?" He replied, "F*ck you!" He hung up his phone. I have tired contacting them several times with no luck. I have not been refunded.
