This company is operated by very bad management and H.R. personnel. I worked for the company for ten years and this is what I experienced. 2003-2007 Sexual Assault, harassment, slander by Finance manager Keven Ambrus. When I denied his advances and advised him I would report him to H.R. he retaliated by advising H.R., his boss, John Pain, my manager Jeff Erdmann and my Director Steve Lenertz, and any employee who would listen to him, that I had started a rumor about him and another woman, Rebecca Pilgrim, saying they were having a affair, which was against company Ethics policy. I was taken to HR on a weekly basis from 2006-2007 and my job threatened by Suzi Olheus and Dale Speetzen, HR Generalists. In 2007 I hired a Attorney to write a letter to the company, they than investigated and both Keven and Rebecca were fired. This was after they allowed Keven to put a blemish on my PERFECT performance review. I was marked as trouble for my remaining five years at the co. 2006-2007 Jeff Erdmann was my manager and the one who told me about the affair between Keven and Rebecca, he was also present in every meeting with HR and sat back while my job was being threatened and allowed them to mark me as trouble, great management skills, NOT!!!
2006-2007 Suzi Olheus, HR Generalist, threatened my job for starting a rumor that was not investigated, and, would only come to light in 2007 after my Attorney wrote a letter. She also lied and advised another HR Generalist, Dale Speetzen that I admitted to starting the rumor. She is a liar. 2006-2007 Dale Speetzen, HR Generalist threatened my job several times if I did not stop spreading rumors, again the rumor was not investigated and my manager Jeff Erdmann did not fess up. 2006 John Pain, VP of Finance, was present in meeting with Suzi Olheus, he wrote a statement giving the details of the meeting. After this meeting he would never talk to me again. 2007 Duane Luebbers, Director of HR, changed the date on John Pains statement to current date in order to make it appear HR had investigated the incident immediately and terminated Keven Ambrus. This is a fraudulent act in order to cover their butts. Before Keven was fired, Duane allowed him to dictate what was to be a blemish on my perfect performance review and would follow me for the remaining five years at the co. 2012 I was sent home for disrespecting what they consider a manager, Lisa Thomas. I had to meet with Duane Luebbers before returning to work, during this time I had filed a lawsuit against the co. and Keven Ambrus, #19HA-CV-12-3084, Dakota county, Duane advised me I am marked as trouble! Would not let me bring anyone to the meeting, or, tape it. 2009-2011
Drew Denker was my manager for this period. In late 2009 I had wrist surgery on my dominant wrist, I was to not use my hand for 6 months. After 1 month Drew and the co. Nurse, Jane Rozell, both called me at home to return to work. Drew advised me if I did not, they would have to fill my position as it was year end and they had #'s to meet. This was due to a male who was to be covering for me, making more money than me and, newer to the co., not filling his obligation. I returned to work, middle of winter, only being able to drive with one hand, not being able to bathe or groom myself. I now suffer from severe pain. 2010 Drew sent me thru training for positions that when they became available, the requirements were changed and, temps were hired, I would than lose my job at the co. 2010-2011 Phil Rosnik, General Manager, advised myself and 15 others that there was not a degree policy at the co. He met with myself and Drew Denker and advised Drew of this also. This is when I was sent to training for a new job, that I would never get. I than went back to Phil about the jobs and his reply was "I must stand behind my managers decisions" and told me to speak with Steve Lenertz, VP of the Business Unit I worked in.
2010-2011 Steve Lenertz, VP of value stream two, in a luncheon in Jan. 2010, advised a A/P clerk to feel free to take off her shirt if she got too warm. I was advised by Drew Denker that Steve changed the requirements for jobs by attaching a 4 year degree requirement to them. Steve Lenertz had a ongoing affair with a manager I, Lisa Thomas, while they were both married, this is against co. Ethics, and, the chatter was flying around the co. instead of terminating both, Lisa was moved to a new building and Steve promoted. 2010-2011 Rafael Iglesias, Manufacturing manager, this manager was moved from plant to plant after reports of sexual harassment and retaliation. In 2011 I made a complaint about him, I was to meet with the Ethics committee, that morning I had marijuana substance dumped in my car and my car keyed. 2010-2011 Jerry Schluegel, VP of Operations, Eagan plant, witnessed and received many complaints about Rafael harassing the women. Jerry was his boss and talked HR into moving him back to a plant he was originally transferred from for harassment, instead of firing him. 2011-2012 Warren Lacina, Sales manager, after a employee was fired and commited suicide, Warren made several threats against me. He also advised me that confidential meetings I had with Steve Lenertz were being shared with others. I filed a report with Eagan Police as I did not trust this whack job. 2011-2012 Michelle Ruehling, Director of Value Stream II, made statement to a group of new hires that they were hand picked for a certain job because she wanted "Young, fresh, blood". She also advised Lisa Thomas to threaten to fire me if I did not do a males work, also took away my flexible work schedule.
2011-2012 Lisa Thomas, Manager I, Lisa threatened my job several times if I did not cover a males butt in his job duties. We ended up in HR and Lisa lied about saying this. She also defended another employee on a dispute that she did not hear, yet told HR she did. I called her a liar and was sent home. This manager also put on my Performance Review that I need to know when it is important to tell the truth, oh that's good management. She never returned my personal items after my termination, it has been one year. Lisa had a ongoing affair with VP Steve Lenertz, in order to get recognition and climb the ladder. Her manager skills and personality certainly wasn't getting her there, she had a 110% turnover while a manager, she hung up the phone on customers, harassed employees til they cried and had to go out on medical leave for depression. She advised myself and another employee, Sue Stromgren, she takes a valum and beer to relax. 2011 Pete Metaseski, VP of HR, shared confidential information of mine, regarding lawsuit, via email, with a A/P clerk. Real professional! 2011-2012 Brian Gora, President of Minnesota division, Brian Gora lied and advised me he knew nothing of the lawsuit, I would later find a email that clearly stated he did. 2012- Brian was fired for unethical reasons. When Brian Gora was fired his boss, Curt Reusser, should have kept going right down the line. Management is to lead by example.
The examples of management are stated in this report. You had a employee harassed and commited suicide, other employees were taken out of work for depression. If you did as they stressed, go to HR with any issues or concerns, you were marked as trouble and pushed out the door. While the people who are victimizing the employees are getting promotions, yes, all of the above listed have received promotions, except Rafael, he is just thankful they saved his butt. This company was voted one of the top 10 companies in Minnesota to work for. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!! Unless you want to end up depressed and on medications to survive. If you are a woman, your only way to the top is to make the male management team happy. Or, get dirt on them so you can blackmail them, that is how it works at this co.
