On Nov 18, 2014 I was contacted by Jack McGruire, a sales rep for National Vehicle in Omaha, Ne. He found out that I have reseached the value of our travel trailer and was looking at websites to list it for sale.  After a couple of days of researching including RipOff and against my husbands better judgement I gave him 509.00 to sell our rv. I even have a written statement stating that they will keep it listed for as long as it takes to sell. However they also list the item on Ebay for 21 days and then when that's up here they come calling again wanting another 450.00. I told the second guy, Tyler Richardson that I have been watching both listings and that on their website it hadn't been looked at and on Ebay it had only been viewed 4 times and 3 were watching.  He said "oh no we have an extensive and detailed list" That there had been a lot of interested viewers. So for the additional $450.00, my ad would be "featured" on the front page and they would reach out to all those that had shown an interest.

I explained that since we are self employed and that this is the slow season plus Christmas and taxes that I couldn't afford to give him anymore money. He then made the comment that it would be worth eating ramen noodles for a couple of weeks in order to sell the rv. What I eat is the least of my problems that paying bills and taxes were what I was concerned about. He just kept on and on. Very high pressure sales! Finally I told him that this time I was going to adhere to my husband's decision and that I would talk to him and back with an answer.

After telling my husband, his response was "We are not giving them anymore money, period!

So I emailed Tyler Richardson and relayed the message. The only problem now is that they have my credit card information!

I want this report on record in the event they use my credit card against my wishes.

Sincerely,

Shirley
