I was contacted by Sarra Asiani about refinancing our home. I told her I wasn't really interested but she explained to me that we were referred to her company because of our great credit and that she could pay off all our bills and lower our monthly payment.

I agreed to refinance and she started telling what a great loan we were going to get. She sent over someone to apprsise our house and told me I would have to pay $350.00 but not to worry because This loan would cost me nothing I would get the money back. She told me they would pay off my bills and I would get about $30,000.00 back and that my payment would be around $1700.00 a month with taxes and insurance.

After that she called to tell me that she had everything she needed and she would get back to me to let me know when we would sign the papers but that she would call me before to tell me everything that would be on them. She never called.

I called the office and talked to her bossand he told me that everything was ready to be signed that our bill were being paid off and that we would get about 7,000.00 back and our payment was gong to be 1900.00 a month. I told him that was not what I was told, he said I must of misunderstood Sarra. I told him I wasn't interested in getting the loan anymore and hung up.

He called back and told me that he was sorry for the misunderstanding and that he could get me 20,000.00 back and my payment was gong to be around 1920.00. He assured me it was a good loan and just to sign the papers and if I had any questions to call me the next day and he would fix any problems. He said that we would probably only be in this loan for six months then we could refinance again to a better rate. He said that the papers had to be signed that night because of the change in the interest rate.

After reading through the papers I found out that the insurance and taxes were NOT included in the loan payment. I had a balloon payment at the end of 30 years of 307,000.00 the loan was for 360,000.00, There was a prepayment penlty of 20% of the balance if we paid off before three years. Everything that I was told was a lie.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they answered back by saying that I misunderstood what they said, and that I was never promised anything. I resent being called a liar and now I am out $350.00, which they now say they never told me I would get that money back.

Everything she promised me she did not deliver. She lied right from the start and now I am being called the liar.
