I am a real estate broker in Las Vegas, Nevada and was called by these guys and listened to the pitch. They are local here in Las Vegas, saying their offices are located near Tropicana and Maryland Parkway on the east side of town. I Spoke to Liz Scott (702) 347-7980, who then referred my questions to Erik Lindy, who gave his direct line as 888-498-5381 xt 702.

At Eriks direction I completed a web form with my companys information, but would not give my bank account info that way. Erik said someone would swing by and pick up a check. They do not take credit cards (except AMEX).

He promised me an ad for two years for $240 which would be both in-line and sent out by email to their database of union members and union halls. He would not tell me how many local union members were on his email list, claiming it was illegal to do.

After the call, I spent some time calling random Realtors in California who were listed on their website as advertisers. In my sample of 5 Realtors I found one who had gotten 3 leads from the ad, but none had materialized to sales. Teresa Mendoza of Vanguard Realtors in Santa Cruz had been with them for two years.

Stanley Shapiro of C21 Beverlywood spent quite a bit more money than the $240 they were asking from me, 3-4 months ago. He said he was frustrated, and that my call was the first hed ever gotten.

Tim Allison of Village Properties in Santa Barbara, Ca said with a chuckle that my call to him was the second hed gotten this week, asking about the company. It was years ago [that I bought ad space]. I never got a single call, until this week, and those have been other Realtors looking for references. Theyre not worth the money.

Thomas Thomaselli of David Lyng Realtors in Capitola, Ca essentially told me the same story.

Sharon VerDoorn, formerly of Prudential California Realty in Long Beach, Ca denied ever signing up with them. I havent been with Prudential for months. I didnt sign up for their service[unitedworkforce.org]. They must have taken my info from another web site and put it on their own.

The bottom line is that based on this research, I am not going to follow thru with my order. I believe I just saved $240!!!
