 Discrimination of elder and violations of Civil Liberties causing Person Injury; Breach of Fiduciary Duty; Breach of Trust; Breach of Contract; Breach of Security; Refusal to Communicate; Breach of Consumer Statues; Complete and Total Incompetence; Extreme and Gross Abuse & Negligence of an Elder;  Fee Gouging; Refusal for “trained” financial managers to assist a Disabled Elder; Blocking an elder’s on-line viewing of account for 3 years this April; Refusal to forward mail regarding this account to designated recipient; Blocking Access to Elder’s ATM card & Social Security Benefits which are a disabled elder’s only and sole means of survival; Total lack of looking out for a Disabled Elder’s “welfare” and “best interest” while placing the financial institution’s best interest first; Refusal to co-operate; Retaliation against Disabled Elder for filling a Compliant with BBB; Careless and reckless Security Breach by mailing Elder’s ATM card 600 Kilometers away from him against instructions, Wire Fraud, Unaccountable & Missing Social Security Benefits belonging to Disabled Elder; Causing financial hardship, loss of funds for medical treatment and survival; Causing tremendous emotional distress, anxiety and depression of Disabled Elder; Causing loss of health due to lack of Elder’s S.S.
