We've been a customer for several years. We've experienced their poor payment receiving process. We mail the payment the day we receive the invoice and we still get charged a late fee, it happened numerous times. Upon calling, they state it takes them up to two week's to process the payment. Easier way, is to do everything online. So after doing it online, issue resolved. Next, we get nearly $3900.00 in charges out of state, several the same day for nearly the same exact amount's. You know how difficult it is to get the exact fuel quantity, down to the .01. After 6 day's upon us reviewing our online statement, we noticed these fraudulent transactions. After filing a dispute with them and placing a temporary hold on the card, more transaction's we're noticed day's after the card was placed on a hold. That mean's, you have to stop what you're doing, file an additional dispute, because they can't do anything over the phone. Once the dispute is filed, it can take up to 21 days for the dispute to be resolved. In the meantime, they suggest you pay your bill, including the fraudulent charges, then wait until they refund your money. No common sense here. They agree that the transaction's are fraudulent, but pay up anyway and you'll have to wait until they reimburse you.... After reviewing the other ripoff reports regarding this company, I'm not alone. Why use them when their service isn't great, their fraud system is poorly managed, you have to pay the late fee's, because it takes them two week's to process your payment.
