WOW, I just got off the phone with Paul, he says he is the owner of Universal Advertising. Now after some research his story is different than what I see out here in the land of truth. Paul told me how great it is to simply get business cards from other businesses and display them at another businesses. Bingo, it's that easy, Paul says. $4 grand and your in business. Free stands, for the New Year. No shipping, this all seems so easy. Well Paul, I spoke with you in October; you said free stands, no shipping charges then too. Think you need to switch your pitch now and then, starting to be very clear now according to everyone else; your displays are cheap, flimsy easy to destroy items. Who in their right mind wants to be responsible for some jerk kicking one over and causing damage to a business or forbid another person? Forget it Paul, you r story is stale and your product is worthless garage junk.

Universal Advertising Rip Off Report

AUTHOR: Maurine - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 14, 2005

This is a testament of my experiences. I spoke with Paul, the owner of Universal Advertising. He promised me this business opportunity would pay for itself in 3 months. $7000 up front for displays. Charge each business owner that contracted me to display their business cards, $25 and $25 pay an owner $25 to place the display. "who wouldn't want to have their business advertised for such a cheap cost. Well, after sending in my money, and waiting for 7 weeks for the displays, I am so depressed. The displays are so cheap and flimsy. The free stands have not delivered so far. For the last 6 weeks I have been pounding the ground to get approval to place the displays and gather cards, no luck to date.I have asked Paul to return my calls, and email (emails are now blocked) to see what I might be doing wrong. It is apparent to me now that the only thing I am doing wrong is believing Paul and his line of lies. I finally got him on the phone ( I used my neighbors phone, different number on the call screener) He was rude to me and said "hey that is your business, I delivered the displays". My experiences have been, this business is not what was promised, the displays are not what was described and the owner is a sham scam.
