 We had put down $2,900 on a Mazda Tribute 2008 Took the car home the next morning on the way from bringing my kids from school the rack and pinion and the steering and computer had all stopped working and the power steering was no longer there upon bringing it to a mechanic it will cost a total of $2,500 to fix the vehicle the place we bought it from so that's a warranty that will not cover anything also they will not fix the car do not return my phone calls I haven't been able to drive the car since the 12th today is the 23rd and the car is still at the car shop in town there's a hundred and $5 Shop fee that the car not will not pay I have not been able to drive a car since I put down the money on the car they keep telling me they will call me back my warranty should cover anything that needs to be fixed but the warranty does not cover anything they sold me something for nothing now I am out $2,900 with no car to drive the next payment is due and they want their payment insurance is due and they want their payment but I have no vehicle that I am making these payments for they will not give me my money back they will not give us a new car without jacking the price up for higher payments they sold me a lemon I cannot drive a car if it is broken it is unsafe and unworthy to be on the road I could get killed in that car but they do not care its been 2 weeks still cars in shop nobody to pay for it I have a bill before I can take it out they told me I have to pay they told me to bring the car to them they will get one of their shady mechanics to do the work on the warranty but the warranty does not cover what needs to be fixed so there is a red flag right there nobody at the carlot is honest they tell you anything that you want to hear in order to get you to give them the money you have I have $700 and Tire and small miscellaneous parts for the car that I am NOT able to use now because the car is sitting in a shop somewhere else I need help getting my money back or something but I'm pretty sure I just got screwed by Universal Auto Plaza The guy in the back corner who print your tag out is a scam artist he will lie to your face lie to you on the phone tell you lies anything to get you to hang the phone up and not call again this place is very dishonest I don't know how they are in business something illegal is going there all the employees talk about buying coke and doing pills from people who buy the cars my guess is something is illegal going through there
