It is my understanding that you have been charged with harassment. That decision was made by the prosecutors office, the judge in the case required you to post a 5,000.00 dollar bond.

When this case is over the real truth will be told and Gina I don't think your going to like the outcome. I think you have a psychological problems, and need help, you should seriously consider getting some. I'm not trying to be sarcastic, so please don't take it that way.

To save face you might want to re evaluate your response to this because this case will become a matter of public record. 

when the keys were snatched from your hand, if it were me, they would be looking down a gun Barrel, you'd be surprised how polite people get when that happens, whether or not anything happens after that is up to them.

I would NOT let them run me down, think about it.

They would be told to lie on the ground until the police get there, their choice if they lay there bleeding or not.

I'm so sorry this this has happen to you. Of course universal recovery is going to stick up for there driver's. They in no way shape or form want to look bad. I'm also wondering if the person writing the rebuttal for universal was there at the time of the event. Still not hard to believe, even there rebuttal has an underlying nastyness to it. For someone who claim's there a professional company.   

That definition of slander should be left to your company. In regards to your statement, there are two sides to every story.  I fully stick by my story 100%, and the truth of the matter is that no child should ever be exposed to aggressive behaviors period! 

You may try to protect your driver's actions by all means, but the truth is in the 911 call that was made with my children in the background being frantic and scared, while your drivers were still in my driveway. The simple fact of the matter is that your company was unprofessional by handling the situation.  Why would I even call the police if I didnt feel threaten or harmed, especially in front of my children?  This situation could have easily been resolved with a simple question, not aggressively snatching a person keys out of their pocket! Say whatever you want, and do whatever you want.

I will stand by my story always, and will no longer waste my time in responding to your company's false allegations.  I have contacted the lansing police and informed them of my concerns with your company for the safety of myself, and especially my children. 

That definition of slander should be left to your company! Your company's conduct was totally unprofessional period,and I also have witnesses as well.  You can lie to protect your drivers all you want, but the truth of the matter remains in my 911 call that is documentated while your drivers were present and almost ran me over with there truck! They also have my children voices crying in the background as well. First and foremost, I totally believe children should never be present when an act of aggressive behavior is around, and that is completely what your company instroduced to my kids period! There our 2 sides to every story, and I no longer care about what your company states about what happened that day, because I truly know what occured. I believe in karma, and i know what comes around always goes around. Trust me I don't need no sympathy, but the truth is well known to all individuals that were present that day!

She tried to file a police report on the scene. The police refused to take her report. If someone is assaulted and is a victim of attempted car theft, I'm certain that the police would not only take a report but would have arrested our employees.

This woman is a liar. If you are compelled to feel pitty for her, please do because she needs it.

It does my heart good to see people fighting back when vindictive people make false or distorted statements on these irresponsible web sites.

I hope that you will aquaint yourself with the above definition as it applys to the law. The fairy tale you told here may bring you the sympathy and attention that you seem to desperately need however you may want to reconsider telling lies before they cause further problems.

None of what you stated in your complaint is true. In fact, you most certainly left out the part where you called our office over 200 times in 2 days and cursing at our employees. You see, you were calling our 800# so we have documented  proof on our phone bill that these calls came from you.  You were warned by the police because they saw the evidence that we had the phone company send to us.  The police took our report because there was actually a crime committed by YOU against US. Not the other way around. The police asked if we wanted to press charges against you even if you stopped calling and we declined, but they also let us know that we can press charges at any time. All we have to do is place a phone call to them.  

On the other hand the police declined to take your report because IT WAS FALSE. Nobody that works for this company touched you. If you had really been assaulted, our driver would have been arrested.  In fact, we have spoken to several witnesses who have indicated that you threw your keys at our driver's face and he had to shield his face with his arm to avoid injury. Ask your neighbors.

As for children being present, the only thing that any person there saw or heard was the only thing that happened. You screaming and becoming violent with our drivers who did nothing except check a VIN and try to get away from you.  You stated that children were crying but this is just another one of your lies. Why would you fabricate this whole story to include your own children? What is wrong with you?   

Our driver spotted your vehicle, which is the same type of vehicle that we are looking for and checked the VIN. You also own the vehicle that we are looking for and told our driver that we would never find it. He didn't do anything other than check the VIN and your neighbors all know it. YOU were the only person causing a problem. Screaming and yelling for NO REASON at all. The best our driver's could do was to try to get away from the situation. That is when your repeated and harrassing  phone calls to our office started.

If there were one ounce of truth to your claim, heads would roll here. We have been in business for over 30 years and we have never had any problems of this nature with our employees. However, there is zero truth in your statements here. You can now add slander to your list of offenses.
