I have been an online store owner of this company and when I first became an owner 6 months ago, I tested how they would ship something to a customer, I ordered something from my store myself. Keep in mind all the merchandise is drop shipped and you don't see it till you order it.
The order took 3 weeks to get to me which I found ridiculous and customer service never answered my emails on why a shipment took so long. Now how would I trust selling to a customer if an order takes do long to get to me?
I have tried many times to sell things from this store on Ebay, free classified areas such as craigslist, etc. and to no avail nothing has been sold and I have worked my butt off making the site look nice and presentable. I give up on it and won't be renewing with them again.
