Universal Banner Network - GetEStore ripoff Takes Money and Runs Los Angeles California

I signed up for GetEStore in March and things seemed to be going well at first. I was selling items on eBay per their instructions and I started having problems when one item listed on GetEStore as new was shipped to my customer and turned out to be refurbished.

GetEStore wouldn't take the item back, so the customer sent it back to me and I had to refund his money, but I was stuck with a refurbished camera that I had to pay for and could do nothing about it.

I thought this was all part of the cost of selling and moved on. Then someone purchased an item and paid me and I paid getEStore to have it shipped to them. Somehow GetEStore placed the order saying it never went through, but I has still paid them, and the customer had still paid me, so again, I was stuck. After many e-mails and threats to stop payment, they finally did ship the item.

Then the worst problem. About 7 weeks ago I ordered 2 items. They both arrived and were both broken. I contacted them asking for a refund and was giving an address and RMA number to send them too. I sent them both separately as they went to two separate address. Both were tracked and received and for about 4 weeks went buy a no refund or response to my numerous e-mails.

I finally e-mailed and said if I don't get a response today I will be forced to contact my credit card company and file a dispute.

Then I tried to log into my store and my account had been disabled, when I e-mailed they said that I am no longer on good standing because of my threat and that they will no longer honor my refund. I explained that I was just trying to return the products and they said they are keeping them and sending me to collection for the full amount.

I spoke with an attorney and I would have to sue them in L.A. to get my money back, so I am going to have to wait until they send me to collection and then go from there.

I also noticed that their BBB rating got really bad and all of a sudden they are a paid member and have a good rating. Its really convenient how people can buy good ratings.
