They are mean to me they won't pay for the parking ticket they got in my name after i sold them the car on 3-3-2018 car ca7jsgo72 but the car company i purchased the trade in car is Enterprise which gave me a temporary license plate number and thats why i could'nt fill out thenotice of transfer and release of liability form on line so if you look up this ticket they got illegally in my name you have to use the vehicle vessel number which is,3n1ce2cpxfl405865 the ticket is now in collection it's for$188. on 8-13,2018 i went to  city of los angeles, CA parking violation bureau initial review request and i filed a complaint with Clerk ID#68 i prove to her that Universal city Nissan is responsible for the ticket 866-561-9742 and she made me fill out this form showing i'm not at fault because at the time Universal City Nissan own that car and not me so they said that i don't have to pay for their crime the form i filled out with my complaint ispsc ir form 03/2016. on 8-13-2018.the ticketpref parking # is 4329227442  on 4-10-2018 location 7;40am at 5725 1ST W. I asked Sunny in finance 20 times to pay the ticket and he said ok don't worry Leola V. Johnson were going to pay for it 323-819-1292. Then several times i said the ticket haven't been paid yet Sunny the he said call carol in the DMV department she handles all the tickets and she can get your license plates that took me to long to get so i was told to pick them up to the DMV when all that 4 weeks i was waiting to pick them up in the office. some employee said that is Sacromento harassing you.

then Carol said Luiza handles the tickets so for several months she kept telling me the ticket is paid and today10 am luisa told me that the ticket was paid on 8-13-2018 and she said she just talked to the City of Los Angeles and they said it will take 7to 90 days to clear i thought that was wierd so i asked for the agent name she talked to she said she don't know but here is the number 866-561-9742 so i called and i explained to the operator Denise #016 what Luiza said and the clerk got mad and said that Luisa is lying they keep records of the time and date of evry call and no one called name Luiza from Universal City Nissan and then she said they are lying they never paid for their ticket they got in your name illegally then she said it doesn't take 7 to 90 days to clear off your records. She said it clears as soon as they pay and she said they can pay with a debit or credit card. then she said because they did'nt pay in time it went into collection then she gave me her name and badge number that she talked to me. so i called Luiza back at Universal City Nissan and i told her she told me a lie she then yelled at me when i asked her did you talk to a collection agency because Diane #016 said maybe you talked to them and Luisa got very angry and she hung up in my face  and she done hung up in my face like 10 time for several months lying i'm stressed can't eat Mel Sunny Carol and Luisa said for 3 months they paid but they did'nt it's stressful i cried 3 times in they office but the keep making fun at me lying i made a police report and they still harass and lie to me this is stressful.

this company is mean to me and i brought 2 cars from them and the one i traded in they got a ticket in my name after they brought the car from me and they cut the cameras out in my car when Chris removed it and they wont pay for the damages they upset me so bad because the wouldn't take the nissan sentra back unless i pay more money to upgrade to the altima until i hit the wall. then they got scared and upgrade me to altiman nissan then they raised my monthly payments to $650. they're real mean to me doing me like this i hate i came here. Please i am a driver for employee i told them on the ticket it said if i don't pay it i can't renew my registration which is coming up around 90 days. so i think because Luiza lied on the City of Los Angeles it takes 7 to 90 days to clear the ticket and Universal City Nissan paid for it. i think she is trying to delivery stop me from renewing my car registration.I want to sue them for stressing me out emotionally and a lot of employees saw me crying there 3 times and they told me this is a bad rip off company give that car back and don't deal with them they are scamming you. I said ok. Thanks Please make them pay the ticket and for cutting my cameras i use for work when i driver for Uber and Lyft for protection they did'nt say sorry we'll pay for it they think i'm dumb because i'm a girl. help me get justice please my stomach hurts because i or no one should be discriminated or ripped off. i was nice to them i brought 2 cars that i should'nt have because these people are racist and a rip off.I want to sue them.

Used victims personal informationto obtain a California vehicle registration on 4-10-2018 they got a parking ticket in the car i traded in on 3-3-2018 and they cut the cameras in my car and refuse to pay for any of this after 20 times lying and telling me that they paid they told me to come sign a 5 year free waranty if i need car painted and when i read the waranty it said i was purchasing the warenty and they refund me back because the finance maan who sold me the 2018 altima lied to me and i cried 5 times because this company was ripping me off anf the finance man said because they were mean to me i got a discount on the car and they are saling me the car for $20,000 but the car came out to $36,000 and it's $56,000 with intrest and my payments are$650. a month and I told them it was to high but they kept adding stuff to make my monthly payments to high.Finance man is Sunny and Emanuel
