Universal Explorations is the new name that this company is under. It constantly changes the name, location along with a new owner name. This is how this company has been able to stay in business for the past 13 years. They even work out of homes. The FBI has even raided this company a few years ago. Then they changed locations, name of company and start doing the same thing again. This is the MO of this companies scam. BUYERS BEWARE! IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE! They even have locations in GA and a fake location, just using address in TN to make it difficult for the customer to cancel.

The owners are Millions and brag about it. They say they are Christians but treat employees, family members and YOU the customer deceitfully. Workers have a specific script to read from.
How do I know???? Unfortually, I worked for them. There is no excuse for my role working with this company. I am a single parent and worked with them until other doors were open. I am extremly sorry.

I was doing a research on this company and I stumbled upon this article of yours. I dug in a little more on other websites and found out that there’s this ex-employee who is spreading negative rumors about the owners, namely Anthony and Nia robles, and the company as a whole. I’m pretty sure that this is just another way to get some sort of revenge for being kicked–out of the office. So far, I’ve been having a good relationship with the company that’s why I don’t understand why negative reviews keep on popping-out of the internet.
