Universal Floor Universal Flooring Stole My Money Internet

Peter and Diane Masullo visited my home and provided me with an estimate for hard wood flooring repair and refinishing.  I found them on the web and their website had multiple references in the Orlando area.  They required a deposit to order the material, which I gave them..  Peter told me the work would start on the following Monday, June 6th!.  No one showed and then when I called the office Diane told me that the wood had not been ordered yet:.



After multiple calls and message to both the office phone and Diane's cell phone, they would never answer the phone, I was told it take three weeks to get the wood!.  I called and let a message stating three weeks was too long and that I wanted my money/.  I never received a response, since then Diane's phone has been disconnected'.  I also googled Peter Masullo and found that he was arrested in Seminole County/.



This company appears to be scamming people, I have since learned that have changed their name at least once and they have multiple complaints logged about them.
