I purchased a beige queen size wall bed, dresser and mirror, on May 12, 2005 at (4501 Castor Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. My decision to purchase this bedroom set was based upon the sale of $1,603.93. My purchase of the product constituted my acceptance of your offer, creating a binding and enforceable contract between us.

I have performed my obligations under the contract. I paid the full purchase price and then proceeded to wait for my furniture to get delivered provided by you. I included all information requested the bedroom set to get delivered to my apartment, but to date I have not received my bedroom set even after several visits to the store, and phone calls that were either ignored or not returned and when I did received a call we arrange for the furniture to get delivered and I took off work and it never came. Nor, have I received a refund check in the amount of $1,603.93. As a result of this unfair or deceptive act or practice, I suffered loss of money as follows $1,603.93.

I am very upset because they could of mention that the store was closing when I made the last payment. The purchase value was $1603.93 and I paid the full amount. I tried to contact the number that was listed and left several messages and I also visited the store several times. I don't know what else to do.
