November,5th 2008,
Universal Lending Corp. IE. Janet Williams, Paul Cleveland proposed a loan of $2,000,000 for my Biodiesel business. They said they had several lenders ready to go if I only pay them $5,000 for a report they had to write to submit to the prospective lenders. I payed the money and after they received the money they made all these reasons why they had no investors then they came up with some obscure reason why I was not qualified for the loan. The fact is they did nothing illegal BUT it was wrong. Companies like Universal Lending pray on people needing funding and will do almost anything to keep there dream alive. If you are looking for investment capital DO NOT pay any up front money, NEVER. Do your due-diligence look up the company on every web page you can think of. If what they are doing is immoral but not illegal it will not be listed on the BBB. Buyer be ware. Good luck.
