Universal Marketing Group LLC Umg Shorted Hours Worked EVERY check and won't fix, just been ignored and pentalized Toledo Ohio

I've been working at Universal Marketing Group about a month now and they've ripped me off on EVERY check I've received so far. When I looked at a breakdown in their system for the entire time I've worked there I've been shorted half my hours if not more! After being pentalized a few times for needing to call off for personally being legitimately sick, I was told to basically suck it up and the world doesn't revolve around me and I needed to get to work. (I was having an adverse reaction to a seizure medication and they were well aware). I've called multiple times now to not only Mandy in payroll but to Tammy (their corporate trainer) and human resources about my shorted hours and have YET to hear back but they expect me to keep coming in every single night to work for them like nothing is wrong and I shouldn't have a problem with working while waiting for someone to tell me what's wrong with my checks. I wouldn't mind if I had some type of answer! Or if I saw some progress on it being fixed! Would they be okay with still sacrificing 8 hours of their time everyday, working up to their expectations and standards and doing everything asked of them to not even know what they're being paid for that night?

This is just ridiculous. I count on that money to pay my bills and feed myself. And they act like I'm the inconvenience for complaining for being shorted! On a side note, favouritism is a huge thing there. You play by their rules or get out. You work over when you're supposed to be clocked out most days because supervisors control each reps call volume and you better believe you're getting a call thrown your way right before it's time to clock out (and you can't clock out early). Breaks are only allowed to be taken between the 2nd and 12th Min per hour and 32nd to 42nd min per hour and you're lucky to be able to even catch those times because calls are thrown your way purposely at those times (calls are usually around 10 to 15 mins). Owners are fully aware of all issues going on and refuse to fix anything at all or even be bothered with any problems that aren't their own. The turn around rate is ridiculous and I'd be surprised if the people fired even notice anything is wrong with their checks until it's too late! This place needs to be shut down asap.
