These people are so manipulative, they tell your staff that you regularly subscribe to thier product and are just renewing an order, they illegally tape conversations and the record only the pieces that have relevance to them so they manipulate the phone conversation to say what that want reflected. They harass by phone... 9 calls and messages in one day. After invoicing for an unauthorized product, they threaten legal action and collections agencies. They say demeaning things to anger you and then chastise you for raising your voice even slightly. They have this game of intimidation down pat. They invoice for GST and dont quote a GST number. They have no webpage or email address. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they will not transfer to anyone else. They call relentlessly trying to bully you and are very forcefull in thier bullying tactics.
