Universal Merchant Servcies / Jerry Wynn, Denise Wynn, Summer Gregory Con Artists, Liars and Thieves Phoenix Arizona

My embarrassment at being totally conned by this bunch has kept me from talking about the hosing I took at the hands of Summer Gregory and her bosses Jerry & Denise Wynn. In July of 2006 Summer offered to analyze my small business credit card processing statements to see if her company, Universal Merchant Services, could save me money. When the analyst called to say we could save money because we were doing "about $33,000 a month" in transactions, I should have known something was up. We don't do that much in an entire year! But the lure of saving money is too enticing for many to resist.

Summer came over and I signed a bunch of papers, including one that she said was "a summary of our fees." She carefully masked the top of the form, which clearly stated that it was an equipment lease. She did not leave me a copy, saying that my copy would be mailed back to me (never was). She took the card reader I owned with her when she left. It turned out to be a 4 year lease for the card reader at almost $200 a month for 4 years! MBF Leasing refuses to let me out of the lease. Transfirst, the actual processor, refuses to let me out of the contract. Neither Summer, Jerry or Denise return calls.

A letter from my attorney went unanswered. THe attorney says that if I stop paying the lease I will get sued and will lose. I'm not hopeful I'll get out of the lease or the contract with Transfirst (I don't process with them; I just pay the minimum.) But I am going to start right letters to the Attorneys General of Arizona (Uinv Merch Svcs), Colorado (Transfirst), and Indiana (MBF Leasing). I will send a letter complaining about these companies every week in the hopes that someone will stop these thieving lying SOBs sooner rather than later.
