Universal Premium Fleetcard Fuelman Deceptive and fraud norcross Georgia

After being a customer for the last four year with fuelman, they moved us over to the universal premium fleetcard service.  In august of 2014, we have had nothing but problems with them.  They first do not update their online payment website.  This started at the end of August when we paid the correct amount and then the next week we were over charged that same amount.  When we called and complained they said to pay the full amount that shows on the website and then they would credit back to us $363 dollars.  the next week we received the new bill.  no credit was used.  We again called the company and they said not to pay that over paid amount and pay the new amount minus the $363.  We took the CSR's name and paid the difference.  the next week we get slammed with late fees and transaction fees.  We called again and asked for a refund and were told the credits of the $363 and now $150 in late fees and transaction fees would be refunded and a supervisor would call to confirm.  No call was returned.  We last week we get a bill for our fuel and a $249.90 charge.  We call and they state that we are enrolled in that they call "Crewview"  (its a gps system tracker).  We are not enrolled in this program.  In gact, Crewview was just bought by AT&T from fuelman back in May of 2014.  We called again, the CSR's name is Donya told us that she was reversing the charges and to just pay the fuel part of the bill and a supervisor would be calling us.  Again no calls.  Yesterday (Oct. 14, 2014), we spent over two hours on the phone with CSR's trying to find a supervisor...we were hung up on and when we finally got to the "supervisor"...we feel it was just another CSR acting like one because you could hear laughing in the background.  We asked for the refunds owed to us and to explain why we received another $183 dollars in transaction fees.  This person stated that they can not refund monies owed that it has to come from a supervisor.  I then stated "you are a supervisor" the phone went silent and she stated that " she meant her supervisor".  I asked for an explaination for the $183 in transaction fees. Her explaination was that the company charged us those fees because we were late on paying the full amounts for the last six weeks and the fee is based on our company credit score and they can charge us any time they like. 

So recap they owe us a refund of $945.90 since August 25th of 2014.  We have closed our accounts as of yesterday.  We will not be paying the last bill because they are not in good standing with this company.  We have called the better business burea and it seems they have had over 183 complaints in the last 12 months for the same reasons.  We filed a complaint with te BBB and Texas state AG about this company.  We have informed our business lawyer as well.

Then today, we get two emails one saying that we need to take action on our account stating we are late on our payment...which is funny because the payment is due October 19, 2014... today is October 15th!!!

Stay away from this company.  We have contacted Fuelman because they are just subcontracting to fleetcor.
