this company is a total rip off.they are not what they project themselves to be.they hounded our company to sign up with them they kept showing up at our office . We are a school transportation company with a very big fleet . We had to give a deposit to obtain credit but where promised they would return it right away. $5000.00. We where falsely told that the cards where only for diesel fuel but that was a lie as well. So we desided to cancel. Well they are holding our money hostage. They keep giving us the run around. This is illegal. Do not use this company do not make that mistake!!!

They say this is not a Master Card, even though they have the Master Card logo on the card; they say Master Card processes for them. They waive half the late fee and charges, still $35, but won't waive the rest. What really makes me mad is that I pay all of my bills on the due date, but they take up to 4 days to process. They don't process on the weekend, even though my due date was on a Saturday. My bill pay with ever other credit card gets the bill to them on time, never a late fee. With Universal Premium the billing date was the 21st, the due date the 3rd which was only 12 days for them to send me the bill and for me to pay it and send it back so that it could post on Friday the 2nd. What a joke. I'm done with them, will never use them again. TOTAL RIPOFF

If you can really help that would be great. We keep calling your company and keep getting the run around. We need to get our money back as soon as possible. It is very unprofessional of this company not doing what they say they are supposed to. You can please call our office at 305-253-5086 and ask for Sabrina or Michelle.
