UNIVERSAL PROPERTY SERVICES AMERICAN SNOW AND PREFECT SWEEP BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! SNOW PLOWING CONTRACTORS AND SUB-CONTRACTORS Toledo Ohio

We have worked for these guys over 3 years and they have gotten worse every year and this year we performed a lot of snow removal services for these guys and we have been screwed out of over $900.00 so far this winter season &  we were told that Family Dollar Inc. has not payed them for services we provided in good faith and we have yet to receive a payment in the net 30 as promised in contract with them. In fact we are lucky to get a check once a month instead of every 30 days from day when work was performed....

  Our account manager who works for them also has displayed anger towards their lies and mishandling of our monies and taking so long to pay us and other vendors. We have spoken & emailed Jodi Dousa VP. and Ray Justice VP. and they have assured us that we would be paid in a timely mannor. When we have not been paid we called Ray Justice and his reply to us was he has over a million dollars out in snow removal and salt etc... that Universal properties is owed for snow removal?? They are both liars and will screw anyone if they get the chance in fact they have screwed us out of almost $3000.00 in last 3 years and they could care less.

   We are a small business and cant afford to wait for our monies for 60-90 days this is ridiculous especially when this company supposedly does over 10 million dollars a year.... Whenever we have had problems receiving monies owed to us we have gone through the proper channels to collect and usually Jodi Dousa VP. (who cuts checks to vendors) is giving us more excuses and lies. 

  These people have no integrity and will use and screw you and lie to you every chance they get.... In fact we started performing snow removal services in late November 2013 and had to wait untill second week January 2014 to get our first check. We are still waiting to get paid from February services... We have spoken to many other vendors who are employed by them and have quit working for them due to not receiving monies owed to them and waiting till lte Spring and early summer to get snow removal monies. What a scam UP gets paid for snow removal they perform by taking subcontractors monies and then when UP gets paid by their snow contracts subs get paid.... So BEWARE unless you dont have to worry about getting paid on time and get what is really owed to you after you perform services.
