 On June 10th 2016 we received a call for Unverisal Resort Exchange informing us that we had 8 weeks of time share that was going to expire and that they had request for time for the time we had. If we allowed them to rent the time out we could receive $1100.00 for each week, however they could only acquire 4 weeks. We gave them $1629.00 to list the four weeks but never received any other correspondence. I felt we had been scammed but decided to wait and see. Fast forward to Sept. 9, 2016 I go onto our statement back in June to get a number for the company call them and this is what transpired.

Spoke with someone named Michell who told me we had signed a contract that we never received and gave an email address that was not ours. When I ask that she send me a copy of the contract all of a sudden her computer went down and she would call me back. I next received a call from someone by the name of Nicole who informed me that we had electronicly signed the contract and she sent me a copy of a contract we never saw. Needless to say the 1100.00 we were offered per week has now gone down to negotiable which means we may or may not get back the money we paid to list these ekes. My advice to anyone out there stay away from this company they are scammers.
