Yeah...nice professional response here from the owner.  Shows you this company is being run by a couple of wanna be college kids who just want to scam you out of your hard earned money.  79 rip off reports for stubhhub is nothing since they sell probaby 7,900 tickets a day... UNIVERAL STUBS is a scam!  At least with stubhub, I am backed by their customer guarantee... With Universal Stubs, you are buying tickets from a fake scam company who will just rip you off and could care less if your tickets work at the gate

Try stubhub right? They only have 79 ripoff reports when they are a 100% legit. It is people like you who have no life and start posting non-sense to try and trip up other people.  I guess when you will need stanley cup/finals tickets you won't be attending as they are sold out and you will have to go through a broker which are "scammers". 

The owner of this company is coming on here and uttelry lying... he does not even know who I am and is staing I got upgraded, refunded, blah blah blah.... If the owner is dishonest to post this on ripoff report, then you REALLY know who your dealing with... Use other sites like stubhub; not these scammers

Concerning this "issue" off a ripoff report, this is way outdone. Universal Stubs has been a ticket brokering agency for over 2 years. Same way ticketnetwork, stubhub, vividseats, ticket exchange, seatgeek all sell tickets over face value due to demand, so do we. At no reason whatsoever are we scamming and ripping people off. It is clearly written in our policy which is displayed throughout our website that tickets may be listed for sale over face value. Concerning this customer specifically, he does indeed have a claim that he attended an event with tickets which were bought from us that were invalid. Due to the ticket world these days, most tickets are indeed electronic/pdf. There is no saint or angel that can make sure all thousands of tickets sold annualy will make it through the gate due to double sale or miss-printed tickets. It so happens in this case that the customer did get rejected and gave us a call. We issued a full refund on the spot as well as an upgrade to lower level center seating. Customer orginally bought upstair seats. In all fareness we did have a mess up just like 99.99% of businesses do. We tried as best as we can to make up for it, customer decided to go on rage and even take it to the next level by filing a claim here at ripoff report. On our behalf, please remove this claim. Any documentation or proof of full refund can be provided. We are not whatsoever scam artists and ripp off people, we are just trying to run a ticket brokering company just like many are.
