Universal Tailors Worst Alterations on New Suits Corona California

This company is the worst. First of all they have the worst customer service. i took two brand new suits I purchase for a total of $450 to have alterations done for a wedding. They charged me up front fees of $182 which i paid cash because she said they didn't have ATM/Credit card machines. I went to pick up my clothes and took them home. I recently tried them on and instead of the pants being altered for my height they turned my pant suits into capri suits and the sleeves are really bad. i think i could have done a better job and i don't even sew. I called them and no response. I went to complain and the sign said open and lights were on in the building. However, the door was locked. I waited for 1 hour and they never showed up. I called and let messages to please call me and nothing. I have been trying for over a month and no response from. Then. They are the worst. Never go there. I am going to try to go and get my money back and have them pay for my suits. Ugh
