Universal Technical Institute Recruiter Deirdre Schultz EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, should not be a job recruiter. Orlando, Florida

I recently applied for a position at Universal Technical Institute, got a call from Deirdre Schultz and was set up for a phone interview.  The phone interview was for 10:30 am the next day and she doesn't call me until 11:15 am!!!!  Not only that, she makes light of the situation by stating she had more pressing needs to attend to!!!  Needless to say, I was outraged with her incompetence and unprofessionalism, and filed a complaint against her, because anyone in any other position would be fired for missing a deadline like that and being so non-chalant about it.

Apparently my complaint did no good, because I applied for other positions with the school, and now I'm getting rejection letters from her without even being called for interviews!!!  With the Deirdre Schultz handles herself, I'm surprised she still has a job with this company.  She should be flipping hamburgers for a living!!!
