POSTED: Tuesday, January 10, 2012

I have had a chance to meet these Guys in Florida and they did a great job to get my sell my timeshare property amidsts the recession. They have a huge network of advertisement and  posted my Timeshare property on mass media and I had my deal done in 2 weeks.. They did everything from processing to proposal and finalizing the sale.. And guess who benefited the most.. it was me offcourse.

I am great fan of this company and any negative review about Universaltimeshare guys would certainly invite strong rebuttal from me every time.. They are the best in the industry!!

Universal Timeshare Sales Associates Are Legit

AUTHOR: Walter A - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 20, 2011

Like a lot of people I know, I attended a timeshare presentation about five years ago and the next thing me and my wife knew, we owned a timeshare.  At first it was cool, but after awhile, the maintenance fees kept going up and we had a disagreement with our resort, which kinda turned us way off.  We decided to find a way out and went with an advertiser who promised us she could sell it but demanded an 800 dollar charge up front.  Needless to say, we never heard from them again.  We felt stuck because we had nowhere to go with it and even tried giving it away.

Well that changed this summer when we got a call from Kyle at Universal.  At first we told him there was no way in **** we were going to fall for that again.  Through a little persistence and the fact that he wasn't looking for money immediately got us to listen to what he had to say.  We didn't jump on it immediately and decided to check them out.  Well, despite some of the negative stuff out there on the BBB and this site, we eventually went for it and after a week or so, he called us with an offer that he said was generated in their showcase.  We were a bit nervous, but we ponied up the 1598 "deed specials fee" or whatever it was called.  After an agonizing 44 minutes, we finally got a call from their customer service dept to go over the details in order to complete a contract for the sale.  We did everything they asked and had to send some paperwork back and get something notarized and after seven weeks we got our check for $19875.80.

It was a pleasure dealing with Kyle and company and I have referred my father-in-law to them after I played the guinea pig!

There are a lot of scams out there - believe me, but you can trust these guys to get the job done.

I hope this helps!

Don't Trust Universal Time Shares SA!! They are Scamming You

AUTHOR: E Carroll - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, December 16, 2011

DOn't be fooled.  This company has tried to scam me as well.  They want money up front because they have a buyer right now!!  Wow, and the price is triple what I paid 11 years ago.  yeah right.  They sent me a "contract".  It did not say anything about a buyer.  They wouldn't give me a name of the buyer AND the contract was actually just an agreement for me to allow Universal Time Shares to sell my timeshare with some vague promises.  PLEASE, folks, don't give any money up front for this kind of deal....It is a SCAM...Ignore people like Harris.  That dude is just some guy at Universal.  Check this company out with the BBB or the Dept. of Justice in the state of Oregon.  Even the Federal Trade Commission has investigated them and seized there assists. They just move to another State but there are a ton of people out there trying to sell timeshares.  Please do your home work.

Compete in a fair manner.. don't abuse this platform

AUTHOR: Harris Boesinger - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, August 15, 2011

All I have to say is try to compete in a fair manner and don't take shortcuts to abuse your competitors.. They are better than many of the Timeshare companies in the market. Any malice towards their sucess will only going to make them stronger and more successful!

Super Fan of universal TimeShare SA!!!

This is Ripoff Report, not "Shill Posting Center."

If you're going to have shills posting about your business, you should use shills who can construct a proper sentence in English.

Universal Timeshare SA - A genuine Initiative

AUTHOR: Harris Boesinger - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, August 14, 2011

I am surpised by Joseph (New Orleans) approach and the language used in this forum. Universal Timeshare has been a consistent and a reputed name is TimeShare selling and I too have been benifited from their services. Generally I am not an avid Forum writer or a Blogger but some really unnecessary and negative feedback for a genuine company like Universal Timeshare SA has prompted me to write this post. I am 100% sure that this negative posting spree has been going on due to unhealthy practices by their competitors to malign their image as a reputed TimeShare seller. The neagtive campaign against universal TimeShare guys will only help them to achive better business. I am a strong supporter of this company as they have helped me achive what's other's could'nt even think of. I convey my best wishes for Universal timeshare SA guys and advise them to keep marching towards sucess. You guys are the best!!

What a bunch of garbage

AUTHOR: Joseph - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 12, 2011

This is nothing but a lie.  The company is using their representatives to refute complaints posted on this web site.  They even try to mask that it is an employee by the number of errors in the report.

Use the Seach engine to check Universal Timeshares.  There is a rebuttal to a complaints that has 4 rebuttals all alking about how quickly the company was able to sell a timeshare.  Each letter has some small differences, but they all end exactly the same way

"I really thanks to Universal Timeshare ! http://www.universaltimesharesa.com/ Thank you very much "

It is illogical to think that all people praising a company would use the exact terminology.

Time shares are not selling.  It is a dead industry.  It is a bad investment.  You cannot get rid of them.  Be forwarned.
