UNIVERSAL TOWING was granted a contract by Volusia County to competently and honestly represent Volusia Couty and Volusia County Sherrifs Dept. Throughout the contracted time, they have repeatedly voilated and breached the contract by mishandling vehicles and treating the citizens of Volusia County with extreme disrespect and negligence. They have broken into cars and stolen the property, willfully and carelessly damaged the vehicles under their care, and repeatedly disrespected the owners, all under the giuse of being hired by Volusia. Volusia County should revoke this contract immideiately and use and honest company to represent the Beautiful County!!
