I was getting a quote from JAMES PALMER you remember that name, at Universal Transport online and we agreed on a price of $850 but he said that I needed to pay $155 to secure my spot. When the day came for pick-up, nobody called me so I called the office and James and nobody answered me. I left messages and nobody called me back. I kept calling and nobody answered. Even the operator and the dispatch department did not answer. The whole day went without anybody answering me nor calling me back. This is now the second day and still nobody answers. Is this place even an office or real building?
Avoid this company at all costs. Learn from the mistakes of others.
This company will take your money and then hide.
