UNIVERSAL TRUST AND FINANCE INC. DIRT BAG TRIED TO SUCK ME IN MORRISTON, Ontario

I received a letter from Universal Trust and Finance INC. stating I had won $250,000.00 in a SUPER SEVEN CONTEST that I did not enter! They sent me a check for $4885.00 to pay for taxes on the so-called winnings. I was to cash the check and send them $2985 and notify them when I did this. I was to keep this information confidential...right!

I searched the Internet to find this a ongoing scam. My letter matched others exactly only the street address and phone number changes. I wonder why? The check looks real and the bank information the check was to be drawn on looks real.

I have read some horrible stories about people cashing their check and having the check bounce and their own bank account charged. What I do not understand is why a scam like this can continue as long as it does without the authorities doing something about it.

I will take my super duper winning check to the post office then to my bank so they can have copies and also the prosecuting attorney and anyone else who would like to see it.
