On December 7, 2015 I ordered (1) G700 flashlight from Dillon at NOGA, aka: University of Guns. I contacted the company when the product failed to arrive on time. They claim to have been running behind with their shipments over the holiday season. On 12-29-15 I finally recieved an email confirming my order had shipped but it never arrived. For a 2nd time I contacted their costumer support who told me it would arrived in the next 48 hours. But it didn't.

On January 18th, 2016, I called again. I was reassured the product would be shipped via UPS (not USPS) and would arrive yesterday January 20, 2016. I'm a retired police chief and followed up with USPS and UPS and learned NOGA has made no shipment to me, and to date nothing has been shipped.

Though told on Monday, Jan. 18th, to expect a confirmation email from NOGA verifying the company had re-ordered the product for me and was sending it rush 2-day shipping to my address that email never came. I have check Rip Off Report for other complaints and found 14 new complaints of fraud and credit card scams filed against NOGA in the past 21 days.

University of Guns, NOGA, and other names they use for conducting fraudulent business are all part of an online fraud scheem. Any money you spend online with this company will result in a total loss for you.

Johnny,

Sorry but Rule 4 for Ripoff Report states...  "DO NOT sign your name, or include any email addresses in the report." How do we go about this? Can you post your company email for my to reach you directly?

Regards,
