I apllied and was accepted to the school in 8/2006 but was under able to attend due to placed on stricit bedrest for 4 months. I submited proof of this to them. And never attended class. They are still attempting to charge me for the class.

Greetings, 

Myself...and my spouse...have both been victims of similar action by this unethical and unyielding organization. I am hoping that if enough of us speak up, they will at long last be brought to justice. Have you contacted their legal department? I have, but I have not received any resolution. I am giving them until 4th of July this year, and if they have not removed the fraudulent billing on my account and negative credit information (etc) I am going to move forward with charges against them. 

Dont give up!
