University Of North Florida UNF ripoff parking fines students who pay for parking pass no entry to classes also no registration for classes Jacksonville Florida

My girlfriend who is going to college to be a teacher was recently ticketed at unf college in north florida. I was driving her to school and everything was going great.
Just recently she purchased a parking pass so she can now park on college campus.

The college has its own police agency and also gives tickets to students who are parked with passes. In my girlfriend's case she was told she could appeal and she did.

She was ticketed for parking in a parking garage that allows students to park with passes. So where do you park if no spots are available that you have already paid for overparking, too many passes +$$$$ unfair to students who attend unf and pay to park and then told they can't register very unfair refund needed immediately.
