University of Phoenix - San Diego Doing Illegal Things at Graduation/Commencement San Diego, California

UoP San Diego is doing illegal stuff at graduation.  Does the accreditation Board know? Does the California State Education authority know? Does the founder of UoP  - Dr Sperling and that President Pepicello  know?  Do they even care, or do they just want to make money ??

Every graduation there is a party of people who represent the university and are held out as the institutions top faculty, they are allowed to be on the podium in San Diego. During the Mid Year UoP graduation ceremony of 2012 ( they have two graduations a year)  someone was allowed to be in that group of academics who did not even have her Masters degree. I know because I was there.  I saw her. Best of all, I know because I was in UoP classes with this particular woman.

I was really amazed that she was in that group of academics. BUT WHAT REALLY BURNS ME UP WAS SHE WAS IN FULL ACADEMIC GEAR. Not just the black gown. But she was wearing the hood which indicated she already had earned an MBA which was in fact a LIE!

I was interested in how she could have finished her degree before me so I looked into it with friends among the UoP staff. She has NOT completed her degree. Yet she was wearing the gown and hood.

Here is the problem for me. Even if that lousy Campus Director is claiming that people who go up on the podium do not have to be quality academics but just have to be female and her chosen staff, the campus Director must know that you should not allow anyone not entitled to wear the academic gear to do so. That campus Director is called Kim Savich.

It gets better yet. Marching up next to the individual concerned was the San Diego Director of Academic Affairs!!!  This is a person who calls herself Dr but really only has a JDconsidered a first degree.

Academic Affairs? What was this   Dr. Nan Issac doing when she saw this individual parading in the academic hood indicating she had earned her degree. Wait for it it gets better . The academic gear this individual was wearing indicated she had an MBA. Parading with her was the San Diego
Campus College Chair for Graduate Business and Management! Dr. Cecelia Williams. Surely she should know when someone has not earned a degree?

Dr. Sperling you founded this University. We believe you set up a good institution but you are allowing these people to destroy what you set up. Dr. Sperling why dont you make a phone call to certain veteran staff and ask them how many times this has happened, in some instances those who do not even have a Bachelors degree.

Dr. Pepicelo. What are you doing? You are supposed to be the President, what a load of BS.  You either do not know and do not care what is going on in San Diego.

Higher Learning accreditation commission. you are a disgrace. You just care how much money you earn from UoP.

State of California education authorities you are a disgracebut I am not surprised.

I must admit  she is qualified in one way as almost everyone among higher administration at UoP San Diego must be   She is a female. I wont say any more  But I must ask if Dr. Pepicello has even noticed. How I ask is it possible for everyone amongst the top faculty paraded before graduates and family is a female? That is not statistically possible in the USA.  It is almost as if UOP San Diego is reverse gender bias. Are you male? We don't want you! Next most in that group do not have a terminal doctoral degree. But there are many among the faculty who do. I will let other students investigate and see if I am not correct or what else you have to be beyond just female. Understand?
