University Prep Center They sold me software that enabled five users to take practice ACT/SAT tests to increase scores. Software won't work and is now out of business and can't fulfill it's claims. San Diego California

I bought this software for my children to use to improve ACT scores. I was assured I could use it for five children. Now the software doesn't work, nor does the online course since they claim they have gone out of business. I spent over $500 for this product.
