University Prep Center sent CDs and charged $399 to my credit card. The package was returned, unopened within the first 5 days, for the refund. It has been well beyond the 20 business day policy (as stated on the internet site). Refund has not been received. This is the refund ripoff report on University Prep Center found thus far.
