What appeared to me to be a great place to work has become a place where the motto is 'Ready - Fire - Aim" I believe that UNLEASH SOLAR does not value its people and when I say people, I am referring to both customers and employees.... Unleash views it employees as disposable commodities, and in doing so, They are  throwing away some of its brightest and most amazing talents.

If Unleash truly cares about the future of itself, they need to re-establish the foundation on the basis that the employees make the company successful and not the Executive staff... They MUST create an environment where employees feel wanted and needed. They need to learn from their mistakes and hide from them. The focus should be on the customer and the employees satisfaction.  If they dont, they will continue to burn out and lose the most talented resources as well as the almighty customer....

I am a past employee of Unleash Solar and if the company truly appreciated their employees and customers then their first priority should have been satisfaction not payments.

On multiple occasions the installation crew did not receive paychecks on scheduled pay days because as they say ''there was no money in the account''. All the while we get to look at the brand new carpet, paint, flooring, and luxurious office they are putting in their Irvine office. Fuel bills were not payed so company gas cards did not work for company trucks that were doing installs, but lunch was bought for the sales team almost every day in the office. We we told ''Go do an install and get a customer check so we can make payroll and if you dont get a check we cant pay you''. WOW

From what I learned in business is you grow as the money comes in and allows. Not grow with every bit of credit and bad notes hoping that the money will come in soon. Dont spend all of your incoming cash to rent a huge wherehouse and office space if you cant even fill 1/16 of the space. Ridiculous.

All so the owner can drive his top of the line mercedes benz in his nice office with his huge empty building and his employees arent making their mortgage and the fridge is empty. Go unleash!

As many thousands of happy customers can attest, Unleash Solar is totally committed to not only making solar affordable to the average homeowner, but treating those customers with dignity and respect. Unfortunately these former employees are unhappy that they are no longer with the company, which is understandable. Regardless of their negative remarks, we are thankful for the positive contributions each of them made as members of the Unleash Solar family and wish them the best in their future ventures. Our employees are the heart and soul of our business and we work hard to create a positive culture that is ever-focused on the well-being of our customers. Our customers are sacred to us, their satisfaction is our top priority and our only goal is to offer the best solar systems at the best prices installed in the shortest amount of time...period.

Its unfortunate that Unleash does treat its installers as you have said , its In the interest of truth that I will make public knowledge this fallow up on my own report that in fact, after I left Unleash solar they did pay me 100% for both hours worked and personal POV mileage in a very timely fashion, But I certainly do question the apparent lack of  interest in NABCEP and it standards of Installation that all NABCEP certified installers are signed by creed to uphold, before they can even sit in for an entry level exam.

After a very simple search on you tube I found a few videos on some of their installations in Australia that  were not favorable to a solar company's name.  Time will tell if they will change or not, I wish them the best of luck in solar simply because this is an industry that in time will empower   a very large scale integration in the foreseeable future, into  a source of energy with far fewer impacts on our environment, and I would not like to see any solar company miss out on the bright harvest that  are only just now beginning to emerge. The best is still to come.  Thank you for your report, I guess im not the only one that has had a very negative experience with unleash solar.
