 I went to their website they offered to unlock the iPhone for 29.99. It statesmoney back 100% guarantee which is a lie because when I went to their website to try to get my money back I had to fill out a ticket. When I filled out the ticket I have not responded not heard anything back from the company. I have filled out three tickets. I called my bank and the only information they had was for Skrill Ltd which processes the payments. I called them and they claim the only process payments and they are not liable for the refunds. They have contact info but will not give it out. All they give out is the website info. So I feel like these companies are in it together when ripping off people. I want my money back and their website needs to be removed from Internet so they can not rip off anyone else. I am disabled and don't have money like that to throw away!!!!
