On 2/19/15 I went online and found a website (www.unlock-jailbreak.net) stating, that for $24.99, they would send me a download key for unlocking and jailbreaking my iphoine 5 from IOS 8.1.3. I never got the unlock key and when I went to their site again on 2/22/14, I found they showed proof they got my money. I called NETPAYSYS CUSTOMER SERVICE, who manages the billing end for the company, and, after explaing what happened [James]offered to reinburse my $24.99 and that it would take 5-7 days to occurr. After talking Netpaysys I went back to the site and tried to contact support (yeah, you guessed it!) with no success. After all that I googled "is www.unlock-jailbreak.net a scam?" online and found that I have fallen victim as many others have.

I truly hope and pray these people are caught and punished to the full extent of the law....and, I'm putting it 'nicely', to say the least.
