This company was unable to unlock my AT&T Samsung Galaxy S5 and now they wont refund the $31.99 fee as guaranteed. I decided to use this service because of the positive feedback I saw online about the many happy clients who were able to unlock their phones. I paid for the service and entered all the information requested including IMEI and make/model phone. I recieved unlock codes that didnt work. I recieved additional codes and they didnt work either. They sent additional instructions and I followed them without success. Finally I asked for a refund and they requested a video demonstrating the attempt to unlock and identifying the IMEI. I provided everything asked for and now there is no response to several emails and their phone number on the website is disconnected. This is a company in eastern europe(Romania) and you will have no recourse so congrats if they can unlock your phone and good luck getting your money back if they cant. This company has "Zero Intergrity"
