Unlock your phones This is the second time I ordered a code to unlock my phone and they said they can't unlock my phone. They are suppose to refund my money but they are ignoring me. DalPay contacted them but but nothing is happening. About six months ago the same ting happened with a different phone they never refunded my money. I hope ripoffreport.com can help me, thank you I don't know, I think U.S. or UK Internet

I bought a code to unlock my phone but they said they can't get a code for my phone. They can't unlock my phone I want my refund €17.98 because this is the second time they failed to unlock a phone from me and refused to refund me. My name is Nseka Mavambu.
