I have read on BBB in reference to "Unsecured Solutions" loan service. They got an A- rating. I also read the rip-off report from David in NY in reference to them. They also tried to scam with upfront fee. I also did a scam/complaint search on them on google. It seems that they are clean UNTIL...
I called up their service hoping to consolidate my CC and jumpstart my business. I got the Rep. Nick (954)302-6959. He told me that the company can get me more funds than I requested. I asked him what is the success rate? There is a huge pause... He then told me that the upfront fee is $995 and provide him the CC right away. I told him the price is steep, he puts me on hold with music on the phone and got back to me and told me that it is $750. He kept on asking for my CC. I told him that the price is still steep and I like to see the contract. He told me that there is a refund of the upfront fee once I received the loan. I asked how do you make money? there is another pause and change the discussion. During the discussion, I kept on asking for the contract. He told me that he will send it to me. After checking my email numerous times and have not receiving the contract, I called back and he gave 2 song and dance excuses.
1) His exact wording - I though my secretary send out the contract (yeah, right!!), I will have her forward to you.
I waited again and no contract. I called again and he gave me another excuse.
2) I cannot send out email but i will send out to you on monday morning so i can go over with you and you can sign up at the same time.
HUGE RED FLAG AND HUGE SIREN FLASHING IN FRONT OF ME..
I do not know if "Unsecured Solutions" is deceptive, unethical or is it just the Rep. If this is the way they run their business, then it is purely a huge SCAM to rip off people.
I have heard there is no upfront fee for their service BUT....
I hope that the owner Thomas Pires will read this and do the right thing.
I like everyone to provide feedbacks on their journey with "Unsecured Solutions".
I will continue to post updates as I hear more from them. I will also post on yahoo.com and accummulate all the feedbacks.

Unsecured Solutions LLC is now running Plush Funding

I was looking at my options through a different company and was referred to them through another loan company. I just didn't like how the conversations carried on, so I decided to do my due diligence.
I found that the owner of Plush Funding is the same owner of Unsecured Solutions LLC. Then checking the Rip-Off Report I found your comments. It looks like a scam, so beware! I'll be cutting off communication with these reps.

I have worked with them and all went OK. They charged the fee of $995.00 for the services . I had applied for 100K but only received 45k but for me it was good because I needed the money. They did take 4 week and three banks to get it but in the end I was for the most part happy. Good luck with them!

Similar Situation

This is not neccesarily a rebuttal, but a report of a similar situation. I initially concated this company a few weeks ago to apply for a personal loan of 6000.00 and after having played a series of phone tags, i finally got a hold of Nick. He walked me through the process of getting my credit report and i emailed it to him. He put me on hold while he "analyzed" my report, and when he got back on the phone he told me "everything looked good." He then proceeded to explain to me that they were a kind of "research company" and the it generally takes about a week to network with the banks and "acquire the funds". Thereafter he told me that there was an "administrative fee" of 950.00" which i had to pay upfront, and was refundable once the loan was in place. Now this was a bit of a surprise considering the first thing i asked another staff memeber at this company was whether or not there were any advanced fees, and i was told no. I told NIck that i needed some time to think about this, and he was very persistent, saying I could just charge it to my CC, and they could "get this thing going" I told him i would call him back, and its been a day now, and i havent called him back yet. He has been calling me a number of times, and i have not answered. I am very reluctant to go through with this considering what i've read on here, and herd about other companies. If anyone has any further feedback, please contact me. I am not sure whether to go through with this. It seems HIGHLY suspicious. I have been desperately trying to get a loan.
thanks for any feedback,
Dustin

Any updates Alice?

I too have contacted Unsecured Solutions looking for a loan. I have not been promised any money yet but I have sent them my credit report. Did you end up getting the loan you were promised? It seems a little fishy that the owner contacts the people who complain on here but then there's never an update saying that person in fact received their loan.
Just looking for clarifications.
Thanks,
Sara

I got a call from Tom the owner of the company. He reassures me that he is trying to do the right thing. He will not charge the upfront free. He only wants to build a strong and viable business.
Tom will have me work with Chris to see if he can get thing done right.
I shall provide updates as we all move forward.
Thanks,
