I purchased a car from United Auto Credit Corporation. I was current on all my payments and in May of 2005 they were writting me letters harassing me saying that they haven't recieved Mays payment. They repossesed the vehicle unlawfuly. They also gived all personal information about where I resided to my ex wife which caused me my job, my home, and almost my children. The tow truck company that towed the vehicle in was Victor Valley Adjusters Ltd.. I showed Victor Valley Adjusters Ltd. that payment was made before the payment was even due. They replied that's not there problem take it up with United Auto Credit. In closing I am taking United Auto Credit and the Victor Valley Adjusters Ltd. to court. If anyone has had problems with United Credit Corporation or Victor Valley Adjusters Ltd. would you please have them contact me at this site.
P.S. If you would like to go to court and file a class action suit along with me then contact me a.s.a.p.. I'm going to start my suit from 12/9/05-12/15/05.
