I just reviewed my bank statement looking for something else and noticed that a charge for UOL*Netzero has been charged on my account for several months now. I haven't had Netzero for over a year and I have been using SBC DSL since September.
I have not authorized anyone to charge me for something that I am not using. I cancelled my account in August of 2007. I want the charges taken off and will notify my bank immediately.

Netzero will not answer their phones. They have an automated answering service that just puts you on hold if you ask for "Billin".

I contacted my bank and was able to get reimbursed for ALL of the charges dated back to October. Having to file a claim is not bad, but I also had to cancel my ATM/Credit card and get a new one to keep Netzero from using my account again. The bank will be investigating Netzero.
